The owner of this Starlet was clear about it: it ran and drove perfectly, nothing was wrong mechanically, and it had new tyres all round plus new wheel bearings. The paint had faded with age. The one thing it did not have was a current WOF, and they simply did not have the time to book one in and sort out whatever came up.
