This seven-seat Honda Stream came to us with the front damaged in an accident. The bigger problem for the owner was the calendar: they were leaving New Zealand five days after getting in touch, and needed the car sold before they flew.
A deadline like that rules out repairs, and it rules out a private sale too, because nobody can promise a buyer will turn up in time. What the owner needed was a firm offer and a pickup date, which is what we gave them.
Crash damage does not stop a car being worth money. The rest of a vehicle still carries value when it is complete, so we price the whole car, not just the dent.
